Please ignore that last comment, it was a test. Besideds Memento, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, is another great film about memories.

Looking forward to reading your comments.

Hey, Mr. Carlisle!
I really liked the memory links. I thought the brain dissection was neat in the first website. Also, it was interesting to read about recognizing faces. I now know that if I ever decide to rob a bank, I should go with a wig instead of a beard!! The second website had a lot of neat tips on how to remember things, which could come in handy. Oh, and I'm in block 4A.

Hey Mr. Carlisle!
Those links were pretty cool! The sheep dissection was a bit creepy but it's cool to learn a bit more about brains, I guess =) I liked the memory games!
See you on Wednesday!

Hi! I really enjoyed reading the " How to improve your memory tutorial". I've always thought I had a bad memory and there was nothing I could do about it but this 'tutorial' taught me how to relate certain things in my life to help me remember. See you wednesday period 4A!

I liked these links a lot. I never knew that the brain has different areas to process specific types of memories. It's all pretty complicated.

Hey Carlizzle!!!

I thought the sheep brain being compared to the human brain was quite interesting. I wonder since pig organs are similar to those of humans, could pig brains be similar to humans, besides sheep? Hmmm...

See ya thurs.

Hey Mr. Carlisle
Those links are rad. During one of the memory games, I thought it was weird because I remembered everything but drums... Which were my favorite thing on the list.
Haha. I got some pretty useful tips. They'll help for sure in Spanish 4 next year.
See you Thurday.
Sorry for being late.

Hi Mr. Carlisle,

I really liked the second link. I found it very interesting. How you remember things by association. And also how we don't have bad memories. I know a lot of people who talk about having bad memories, and that it's something they're born with, when actually they aren't practicing remembering things right and have nothing to connect it with.

Hey Mr. Carlisle!
I liked the memory links a lot. I thought the comparison of the sheep brain to the human brain was interesting. I especially liked the tips! I will use those tips in my other classes. I also liked reading about how people think that they have a bad memory but they really don't. They just need to practice memorizing things in a different way.

Courtney,

Leonard from Memento was angry about his situation. Not having a working short-term memory is quite a difficult thing to live with.

Janae,

Glad you liked the memory tips. They seem to be quite popular.

Adios.

Hi Mr. Carlisle,
I liked the page on memorizing music. Usually after practicing the song a million times, I'd rather not remember them, but sure enough, later in the day I'll find myself humming it. Hey, can we do a unit on forgetting?

hi carlisle,

i thought the sheep brain was interesting, i have never seen the inside of a brain before. i have learned about the connections a brain makes, but i didn't know that someone can tell how many connections a brain has made by cutting it open and looking.

see you tomorrow

The pictures of the sheeps brain are gross, but it was very interesting how similar our brains are to sheep's. I did not know that. The games didn't work on the computer I am using, how dissapointing, I will have to try them another time.
