Nice link... it's got LOADS of information on lots of topics.
I love how under "bedwetting" it gives a link to symptoms. I'd think it'd be pretty obvious...

Cassie,
Glad you enjoyed it. The site can be a little overwhelming. I would that bedwetting would be obvious but one never knows...

Hi Carlisle,
boy, this really is the omega site for info on sleep. I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but having our discussion about sleep today made me a little tired. But anyways, back to the website. I thought it was interesting what they said about keeping hours of sleep per night constant. I think I have a problem with that.

Ben,
I have that problem in the summer. I try to maintain a constant sleep schedule and I never do, which makes it quite difficult to get up early again in the fall for school.

Carlisle, i went to the link and it has a ton of awesome stuff in it. I really liked the drozy driving part, i know a good family friend who was driving back from the coast, it was after Portland to Coast, and he fell asleep he crossed 4 lanes of traffic, rolled the car, and ended up upside down after hitting a telephone pole. He had watermelons in the car and they flew around and got splattered all over the windows. It looked like blood and stuff. His car was in such a mess that his wife drove past the accident and didn't even recognize it was her husbands car. but anyways she got back to tigard got a call and freaked out obviously. anyways he lived but he broke his femer (the major bone in your thigh) in 16 different places and broke a lot of ribs both his sholders, knees, and 1 foot is all fake. More got hurt i just don't remember them all. He still has surgery to this day. this happend 3 or 4 years ago i think. He's not a fast driver, it all happend because he was sleepy. No one else was hurt or involved, the paramedics said it's really lucky he lived and that he probably shouldn't have, based on all the damage and broken things in his body. Since this happened to him and ihad to see the pain his family and him have had to go through, i don't drive when i'm sleepy!!
