Autism is actually called ASD. which is Autism Spectrum Disorder and is diagnosed at age 2 or 3 usually. and so far there is no cure but is one of the fastest growing disabilities and the largest populations is in the west coast and affects boys more often than girls.
cognitive delays can be a cause of it and funky things that a child with ASD might have is being picky eaters and tend to want dairy and high wheat content foods more. and will have difficulty forming a relationship and flexibility movements and also basic social connections.
Finally there is no known medication for ASD and the most famous person to have it is Temple Gradion. (Spelling may be wrong)
