So, wait? He was a dictator? He looks more like the Asian comedian from MadTV. I'm sorry, but the stereotype for a dictator is menacing beard and/or moustache, crazy bushy eyebrows, a really, really deep voice, and no smiling. He doesn't have any of those things. He's wearing sunglasses. Forgive me if this sounds mean, but um, he really bears no physical similarities to that of his famous predecessors in world history. Sorry.
