That movie today oh my gosh. I haven't cried like that during a movie in a long time. It's weird because obviously we all know what happened but watching the video made it become almost a reality. I was on my seat the whole time wondering what would happen next, or when is it going to happen. And you were right even though I knew the people on the plane wouldn't make it, I still somehow thought that they would survive. I honestly do not understand how our world can be so cruel, like it astounds me.
I totally understand how you feel, Camille. The ending to that film is never easy for me to watch. The parts that really affect me emotionally are the scenes with the passengers calling their families to say their goodbyes.
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.
