I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

The MRE was really good except for the mashed potatoes. It was like eating crap flavored sand. The meatloaf looked like a brown sponge but it tasted good. I like the movie though except for matthew broderick, he seems really wimpy. Im going to bed. Later

Hey, the movie was great so far, cant wait to see the ending, the test tommorow sounds hard, but you do this on all your tests and then you take it and its easy, i guess ill find out next period

Walsh,
For you the tests/quizzes are easy for several reasons:
1. you come to class
2. you listen and participate in class discussions
3. you actually like history
Therefore the material sticks with you. For other students this is certainly not the case.

Glad you enjoyed it. I really like it too. Matthew Broderick's peformance as Shaw grows on me each time I watch it. Denzel and Morgan were excellent too.

well This is probably the first history class at the high school that i have liked, it just seems to be more interesting this year. Have a good spring break!!!
