US HISTORY STUDENTS
Here's a link to a Middleton Plantation in South Carolina. I've been there in the summer and it's really, really hot and humid. Imagine working in the fields there.

Here's a great link about an eyewitness account of plantation life by famous landscape architect, Frederick Law Olmstead (he designed Central Park in NYC). His account of plantation life is disturbing to say the least.

It wasn't a town. It was a large farm. Not urban at all.

ok so i went to the last two links and i think wat hapened to that girl was messed up and i say down with ave maria, florida that dominoes guy is so stupid it will never work he is trying ot make a colt and tryin to fix soceity yea thats never gonna happen there are too many crazy's out there see u tomorrow

The eyewitness account was sad! The one guy didn't even care and the guy was just flat out beating her. I don't know how they could do that. That Ave Maria place is wierd. I don't know how that'll turn out. But those links were good. See you tomorrow.
