Summer thoughts

Hello to anyone out there in Cyberspace who might be reading the blog. Hope you are enjoying the summer weather. However, 102 degrees it a bit much for me. Thank goodness for central air conditioning.

Okay, please feel free to continue posting stuff here if you like. If you take any trips this summer, post comments about your experiences here.

Hey Carlisle! I don't have any exciting vacation stories but i must agree that the temperatures here in orygun are a bit extreme. I was working at the Lake O. festival of the arts and i almost got dehydrated while selling art. I did however travel to blue lake in portland which was pretty nice...you should bike there and check it out. Hope your summer is coming along nicely and you should check out superman because i saw it today and it was pretty decent as far as superhero movies go!

Brit-nizle,

Wow, I haven't dusted off my shizle speak in quite some time. Selling art huh? Did you sell any? Were of your fellow art-meisters from THS there with you?

So how does it feel to be free from high school?

I am planning on seeing Superman next week during the middle of the day. That's one of the perks having the summer off.

Don't forget to see Heart of the Game when it opens here. Great movie!

Write when you can.

Just hangin' out. I'm going to be babysitting my cousins tomorrow and Friday. They're two and four years old, so that will keep me busy.

I thought you were done with your class already.

Glad to hear you're biking. By east side, do you mean SE PDX? I live in SE and lots of people bike here. I am one of them.

I hope you and Betsy are staying out of trouble.

Ha Ha Ha...No, sorry, I'm not.I'm all done now, though. It was fun, but they certainly kept me going all day, I mean, there's only so many movies two young boys will sit and watch.

I'm glad you're done with your class. Do you have to take any others anytime soon?

no, i was dodging potholes and then there was a spot in the road that was a higher level (like a driveway you know but it wasnt a driveway) and somehow my wheel got stuck and then unstuck and then i lost control and hit the curb and went face first into the sidewalk concrete. it was fun haha but now i have a gnarly cut and bruise on my face to show off!
