the in touch with your emotions survey was cool.except that i had 15 no's and 5 yes'.so basically i'm out of touch with my emotions.but that thing wasn't entirely accurate either because yeah i can be easily upset SOMETIMES but not all the time people can feel depressed every so often and not be clinically depressed if you know what i'm saying.

Amy,

Don't sweat that questionaire. It's never truly scientific. I just spurring on class discussion.

As far as depression goes, clinical depression is really, really bad depression. That's not what I was referring too. If you have continued feelings of hopeless for an extended period of time, one should seek counseling or treatment.

But just being sad or down for a few days is nothing to worry about.
Have a great LONG weekend.

Well, it's 5:30 am and I'm getting ready to go to the school for another competition. Our main rival Hockinson is going to be there, so we're hoping to beat them today. Anyway, I hope your weekend is good and I'll talk to you later.
