Well it seems that the mayor was ready for the H-bomb. The speech was well prepared to tell Portland that they were gonna be attacked. I guess it was a real threat that people thought they could be attacked at any moment...so did all cities have to be ready like that? With those sirens?

I'm not sure about every American city, but a lot of cities did use sirens to warn people about a possible nuclear attack. Crazy huh?

Mental disorders is my favorite, I think. It's probably more fascinating than it should be. But I love it.
