I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Hey Mr. Calisle I have a question. Can I just put "ipid" in parenthesis if I have alot of facts and statistics from one source? I know thats how you do it for tarabian style but I'm not sure about MLA. The reason I ask is because I don't want to write out the long name of my source on every line that is from that particular source.

No you cannot use ibid. For MLA you must put the author's last name and the page number. ALWAYS.
For example, (Slyter, p. 43).

Ok. Some of my articles don't have authors. Would it be ok if I just put the source of the article instead?
ex. (The Journal Record, p. 1)
