Hey Carlisle! I just heard on the news that there is a big cyclecross race in Portland this weekend. I had never heard about cyclecross on the news before thought it was pretty funny! Are you going to be in that race? I thought of you when I heard it.

I'm not doing that race. My left knee is still busted up and I'm tired from three months of racing. Cyclo-cross is good fun!

I was thinking that, because I do that when my knee is killing me or shaking or whatever it feels like doing at the time. :(
