About Me

- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

It's about time! Gays should be able to serve for their country just like everyone else can. That was a horrible law and I'm glad it's been revoked.

Negative on the source. There are TONS of academically supported secondary sources on the Civil War.

It would seem that America has taken one step closer to growing up. This was one of the worst modern-day laws, and I am so happy that it has ended.

Haha Doctor Carlisle, I was just joshing on the source. I thought it was kind of funny to see that on the web. I'm hoping you didn't think I was serious or maybe you were just hoping that I wasn't haha.
