I made the wrong choice and it told me to go back and try again. So much for choose your own adventure!! I think if that really happened I would be dead with my head on a stake somewhere. Oh well.

Free at last, free at last.
Always have wanted to see Canada, but escaping the clutches of an oppressive socio-economic system to such a beautiful terrain makes the trip so much more worth it. I still couldn't come close to imagining what these fugitives must have gone through, but I have the greatest respect for every one of them.

I agree with what Tristy said, it told me I picked wrong, and I would probably end up dead if I was actually a slave and not clicking a mouse to go on...

Free at LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAST!!! Wow. Great singing. Can I purchase it from iTunes? :) Honestly, I was a little creeped out when the thing started singing. And then it didn't stop.

That was a lot easier than it must have been in real life. I mean, come on, those poor slaves didn't get to click a button in front of a screen to get to their prejudiced "freedom."

Well, I made it the first time through. But as MacKenzie noted, there were only two decisions to make.

1. Trust Harriet Tubman or don't trust Harriet Tubman.

2. Jump to Canada across ice or do nothing.

There were some nice tidbits of information on the locales that were part of the Underground Railroad though.

You made it! It took courage, luck, help, and incredible stamina. Here in Canada, you can finally breathe free. Not only won’t the government return you to slavery in the United States, but you can vote and even own land. No wonder thousands have already run away to settle here. You still face challenges: finding a home, making a living, adjusting to a new place. But you face them in freedom.

Too easy.
And I feel it could've been a wee bit more open ended
