Hey Carlisle, i saw the movie Contagion last night, and now i am scared to even touch my face. Also do you think that if a disease were to happen like that, would they give the vaccines away with a raffle drawing?

Willy,

Wasn't Contagion a really good film? I believe first responders (police, firefighters, EMTs, etc.) would get the vaccine first. After that, the general public would probably get in a system similar to what was shown in film. If the gov't didn't give out the vaccine in an orderly fashion, chaos would reign supreme.
