I'm surprised that she doesn't know when slavery ended. Or the that the north was against slavery.

Slavery. In Brooklyn. In the 1890's. Isn't there some kind of American history test that potential Congresspeople have to take? I bet those sneaky Dutch are behind this, too.

She represents the rappers as they are stereotyped. I like rappers though! And its funny how she doesn't even get how amnesia works, she sets her self up for failure and totally completes it when she thinks slavery was still around in Brooklyn in the 1890s. At least she tried.

That's what I was thinking too! why didn't they have a test? Or practice questions? Or any American history knowledge while running for congress? I feel like that's an important part of the job.

Looks like they don't know it all after all. Huh? This should tell us something about where the congress is headed in the future.

Sorry Congresswoman Clarke, if you wanted to free Brooklyn from the clutches of the Dutch, your time machine got there 200 years late. BTW, she never said if she would tell 1898 Brooklyn to be annexed by New York City or not.
