IB STUDENTS

Essay questions update:

Regarding essay question #1, first period, you are pretty much good to go. Regarding essay question #3, Booker T. Washington and W.E.B. DuBois will be discussed on Tuesday. 

For essay question #2, I'm expecting more than just a discussion of labor unrest. For example, if a student just offers brief summaries of the Pullman Strike, the Homestead Strike, and the Haymarket Square Riot that student will earn a low D and/or high F for their essay grade. I'm expecting a thorough examination of that question. You all have ample information in your notes to fully answer that question.
