I think it's great to get into a prestigious school, but I don't understand why some people prepare their whole life just to get in. Let's say you work super hard and you get an IB Diploma, 4.0 GPA, and high SAT and ACT scores. Once or IF you get in, you would just have to keep competing with everyone around you.
THE STRESS.

I think some of your peers need to understand that having a 4.0 doesn't always open the doors that you think it will. Too many students are OBSESSED with having a 4.0 and lose sight of actually learning something.
