- Name: Mr. Carlisle
- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Carlisle, I found a map of the Federal Reserve Districts and branches.
San Francisco is where our district bank is, but there's a branch in Portland and Seattle.

Mississippi is currently counting it's votes.
Barack Obama and John McCain are both predicted to win the state.
With 43% reporting for the Democrats, Obama leads 55% to 43% and holds about 83,000 votes. Clinton trails by 18,000 votes.
With the same number of precincts reporting for the GOP, McCain has 44,000 votes to Huckabee's 7,000.
