About Me
- Name: Mr. Carlisle
- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

In fact, the main reason white people like soccer is so they can buy a new scarf. As you may or may not know, many soccer teams issue special scarves, and white people cannot get enough of them!

Haha, I am officially not a computer genius. You gotta post the first half of the link and then the bottom half right after.. I think it will work that way.. it is the only way I could do it.
But it is a clip off the Emperors New Groove with the angel and devil on his shoulder. It reminded me of Freud's divisions of the mind.

Funny stuff, Carlisle.
To add, I think that white people also have a fascination with cargo pants- the ones where you can zip off the pant legs so they become shorts.
Perhaps, in that way, white people are the MOST prepared for the unavoidable Al Gore endorsed crisis that is global warming- if the climate suddenly changed into an unbearable heat wave while everyone else was sweating profusely, they can zip off their pant legs and remain cool. Sweet.

I don't think rugby is that popular..i have never even like heard of anyone playing it in my life and I think it's dumb they say soccer is not popular because that happens to be my fav sport and I know TONS of people who like it too...sooooooooooo yeaaaahhhhhhh

Among some white people it is. Go to Reed College on the weekend in the spring and you will see lots of white people playing rugby.

That website is pretty funny, i liked the "coffee" one, that one is so true.
Another good one was the "pirated music" right as i was reading it couple people came straight to my mind. Oh, if you haven't read the "Asian girl" one yet , do it. How many have you read Carlisle? all of them? :lol:
