So at least justice was served, at least from my stand point. The guy obviously was guilty and even though it took 30 years at least he was punished. yet if this case was reopened, why couldn't the Emmit Till case have been reopened or similar cases as well? I don't understand?
I agree with you 100% percent Nizar. As I stated in class, the Emmett Till case was re-opened by the federal gov't. Haven't heard much about it lately.
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.
