I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

I think it's pretty sad how innocent Japanese-Americans were pretty much discriminated against during the war. I remember I saw a picture of an asian guy and he had a sign that said he was 'Chinese' not 'Jap'. It's like today how there's a bias against "middle eastern-looking" people after 9/11.
By the way, you won't be seeing Papa Luangrath escorting me tomorrow. Instead, leadership has some sort of sled that their using to pull the winter court out on.
By the way, are you going to go see Andrew Bird when he comes to the Roseland on Feb 21? It's a Saturday! But his new album is coming out a month prior!

Oh by the way, the Tigard Library sent me a nice birthday card a couple of days ago with a bunch of (I'm assuming) little kids who signed it as well as some of the Library staff including a certain Molly :)
Actually, when I rec'd the card, it was kind of creepy because my name was handwritten on the envelope and it didn't say where/who it was from. It reminded me of those envelopes with anthrax in them.

Hey carlisle would you like a free admission ticket to cinema 21 in portland? I won it when i went with the bus project and ill probably never use it. You can have it if you'd like. I'll bring in on tuesday. Did i get over 100% on my test?

Yeah youre welcome. The only thing that I just realized is that expires tomorrow. I'll bring it to you tomorrow before school. Maybe you can catch a movie tomorrow night? Sorry I just realized this after I told you about it.
