Any word on the school board's decision regarding the snow days?

This is the official word from the district:
Tigard-Tualatin students will attend school on Friday, Jan.
30, Friday, March 13 and on June 12, 15 and 16 to make up the days
lost in December due to snow.
The district's 2008-09 Calendar already lists the March and
June dates as possible snow day make-ups. To reach the necessary
five day total, the Jan. 30 date was added.
Jan. 30 had been scheduled as a grade 6-12 teacher work day
and grade K-5 teacher training day. Instead of the first semester
ending on Jan. 29, it will now end on Jan. 30.
March 13 had been scheduled as a K-12 parent-teacher conference day.Spring conferences will now be canceled.The June dates will extend the school year by three days.
Should there be additional snow days, they will be made up at
the at the end of the new calendar on June 17, 18 and 19.
We just found out that Friday, Jan. 30, will be a half day and there will be a new finals schedule coming out next week. Good luck today at the speech tourney. We are finishing Glory on Monday and I'm returning DBQs. There will be no notes on Monday due to the assembly schedule.

that is lame. so we basically have to go to 5 extra days of school!! because i thought we make up the 3 days, and 2 are exempt. i did not know there are two days that we had no school they could have filled with snow day make ups.... lame. we just lost some of our no-school days. thats not a free-be thats as bad as adding
and carlisle if we have no notes tommrow, must we read tonight?? or will the be tommorow nights reading

Ooh ya I'll see if I can come in during first lunch, but probably not. My world literature paper is due tomorrow. If I don't come in I'll just talk to you in either passing time between 3rd and 4th or after class. It's not a really big issue, maybe 2 or 3 minutes of time.
