So should the bibliography just be a list like "1. Book One, by Author" or should I use the bibliography thing from the school site with all the legit information?

Yes, copy the format of the sample IAs. Your working bibliography should be completed as if you were turning in your paper. I gave each student a link to an online citation maker.
