It's interesting that Zinn never knew of the Ludlow Massacre. It was pretty recent in his time, about twenty years before he would have been reading in a textbook. This might show how Unions were looked down upon by certain parts of the upper class, or it might just be that the Massacre was too recent to make it into one of his textbooks.

That's so wierd that someone made a song, a fairly upbeat song might i add, about something so terrible as a massacre. I guess that's one way to tell history. Hey Carlisle! You should sing us tomorrows lesson!
