About Me
- Name: Mr. Carlisle
- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

So let's all just raise money as a class and buy it. We can have an IB US history community. Sounds pretty good to me.

I agree with Olivia lets just raise $1.4 million and then buy it. Living there we would be going back in time since I’m sure they have nowhere to plug in those phones and computers.

It's a company town! Like the town in the Pullman strike (this is me, relating the hunger games to history like a nerd)!!! Let's buy it and stage a rebellion. Either that or it could be the setting of The Hunger Games: Carlisle's Class. Last one standing passses IB US History. Pretty exciting.

We should do our own Hunger Games. "As punishment for their rebellion, a boy and a girl are selected from each class at Tigard High School to compete in the annual Hunger Games, a battle royale to the death. The victor takes home fame and a pizza/ice cream party for their class."

In order to have an official Hunger Games, we would need 11 other districts.
I volunteer to be the Game Keeper.
Be prepared for a lot of pissed off robotic trees.
