"axis controlled" does that mean that place has a leader from a different country? and is there any like that today?

Axis controlled means that a country was under the control of one of the Axis powers (German, Japan, and Italy). No country is still controlled by the Axis powers because they were defeated in WWII. Next time please sign in with YOUR name or your comment will be deleted.
