That's weird how many things of one item it takes to get to 2000 calories. Like the carrots there was so many.

It's interesting that bagels and donuts are around the same amount of calories since people always assume bagels are so healthy.

This is kind of crazy. I think a lot of people just mindlessly eat their whole recommended day's worth of calories in a single meal. Like the Olive Garden noodles? Wow.

I ate 2 cinamon rolls on easter... so this video makes me feel unhealthy. But I am sure those are healthy calories like Camille's bananas. They should make a video like this but on foods that people think are healthy because it seems those calories add up fast and people dont even know it.

It's so strange how certain 'healthy' foods have a large amount of calories ... But calories aren't really important (sometimes). It's the amount of sugar or sodium etc that matters .. still ..

Seeing that that many carrots make up 2000 calories makes me realize that I am not eating enough vegetables.

Dangit, I love Olive Garden. Some of those things were surprising at how fast they added up to 2000 calories! Thanks for sharing!

My brother watched this with me and now he's been asking my parents to let him eat all the bacon he wants 'cause it takes a while for the amount to equal 2000 calories.

1 Cinnabon is equal to 22 pieces of bacon? That's kind of gross...

Yum, look at all the avacados I can eat! I could probably go a day eating just one type of food with the correct amount... like eat 7 bagels for the whole day instead of lots of different foods. Not that it would be a healthy choice... but then again only eating cinnabon for the day sounds delicious haha.
