PCC Credit Issues

1. Has not received their Congratulations Email from PCC containing their PCC ID G# OR Don't Know it. 
   Call Jacqlyn Proper at 971-722-7737 or Beth Molenkamp at 971-722-7736
   
2. Unable to login to MyPCC
   Call the PCC Helpdesk at 971-722-4400 and ask to have their MyPCC account reactivated with a new temporary password. The student will need to provide the Helpdesk with their PCC ID G#.
   
3. Registration Error Message of level restriction or unable to add only drops allowed
   Contact Jacqlyn Proper at 971-722-7737. Please do not have the student contact the college. Our program is so unique that students usually receive incorrect information.
   
4. Student registered for the wrong course and is only able to withdraw
   Contact Jacqlyn Proper at 971-722-7737 to have the course completely removed from transcript.
