Carlisle, on my test, I didn't say people's names lol. I didn't want to say them and get them wrong because everything started jumbling in my mind. Is it better to put their names and get them wrong or to not put their names at all?

Carlisle, since slave owners in the South had slave drivers to help regulate the slaves. Does Santa have elf drivers to help regulate the elves that don't want to work? I think that this topic should be discussed in the slavery unit with your class next year.

Chris,

Your question begs another question, are elves considered slaves? I want you to spend the weekend pondering that very question and give me a 5,000 word paper on the subject Monday at 7:15AM.

Good luck. Oh, don't forget to cite your sources.

We're going to need to get Bush to issue an Elf-Emancipation Proclamation. He pardons a turkey every year. Where is the love for the elves?

Carlisle,

My current IA question is "How did the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire impact workplace safety?"

Should I change it to American workplace safety?

Charlotte,

You can just tag America on at the end of your question. I think it would sound better.

How did the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire impact workplace safety in America?

Can I switch that to my IA topic then?

Hey Carlisle, I was wondering if this site is "trust worthy" and if I can use it in my IA. http://supreme.justia.com/

Carlisle, in my IA I have a paragraph that comes from the same page of a book, do I only need to cite the book at the end of the "paragraph" or should I do it at the end of each sentence, or is there a number of sentences I should cite after?
Thanks for helpin'
~Micah
(ps, you might being hearing a lot from me this weekend, its the finish IA weekend)

Carlisle,
Is it alright if most of my information is coming from one source?

Micah,

I always cited after every couple of sentences. It appears that you are attempting to claim most of the paragraph as your own if you don't cite through out your paragraph.

Andrea,

Not good. I repeat, not good. You are required to have six sources for a reason.
