I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Christmas was good. Very busy. Good to be back home.

Happy New Year! So, any thoughts on the exhibit on Lincoln at the ...Oregon Historical Society (I think)? Worth going to?
Don't get me started on airline rants...after S I X T Y minutes on hold with United today and still no answer to our question!

HNY to you too! I was thinking about meeting students at the OHS sometime in February to go and see the new exhibits. I think it's definitely worth seeing.
Make sure Haley has her notes with her on the beach! ;)
Airline rant: What's up with people and their little dogs as carry-on luggage?!? That drove my wife and I crazy. Other than that, I hate flying.
