No. I am going to "discuss" some things with your class first thing. I don't think there will be time to punish you with your book.

Up-Side: I don't have to lug around that heavy book on an A-Day (I carry one extra text-book on A-Days).
Down-Side: I don't like the look of "discuss". In regards to the intent of that word, I say this.
And now for something completely different! The DBQ was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, I thought I would need to full 180 minutes to finish it.

Mr. Carlisle, please please please don't count me as the one to make the class lose the extra credit for them all. I've had an emergency, and I couldn't come today. I'll take the test first thing when I get back, but, please, don't make the class lose the extra credit. I'd even be willing to do any extra work you'd like to assign me for it, but don't make them lose their extra credit.
