but to satisfy kyle, i don't mean controversial things shouldn't be brought up on t.v. Just that certain things should just be left alone. Like lynching. You can't crack jokes about that.
I wonder if she ever appeared on TV again? I agree, it is taboo, and just having it on this blog proves people noticed, but perhaps it's not as big a taboo down south or something, nothing against the South. Where did that take place?

I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.
