Carlisle, can we have long paragraphs of text from the interview-ee where they're just telling their story or do you want us to break it up with our commentary? I'd prefer the former but whatever you want..
OH YEAH and how should we attach the photo of them? On the cover page? On a seperate sheet on the back? Is there some instruction page we should have besides the pink one where it gives us tips for the interview?
Ahh Carlisle so I read your response to Andy, and mine is shorter than that... it's only about 100 because I felt like I couldn't take out any more about my grandpas experiences. How much would we be marked down for that?
hey carlisle, for the reflextion since i am writing in my dad's point of view, should i divide the reflexion part from the actuall story or what should i do?
i also dont have much to say about the interview, can we discuss this in class tomorrow? cuz i really dont know what to write for it, and im at like 1900 words with out the reflection.
We can discuss this either before or after class tomorrow. However, the personal reflection is really easy. You just need to tell me what YOU think about the information you learned. You need to put the information in a more personal context.
I'm pretty much a nerd... I was watching law & order, and the case was about this guy who was trying to prove this point about the power authority figures have over decision making in people, and it was crazy.
Part of it had a story that was exactly like the mc donalds situation with someone impersonating a cop, and they talked about the milgram experiment like a bazillion times....
I was able to wow my friends with the truths to the experiments and all that. It was cool...

Hey Carlisle about how many words should the reflection be?

I'm fairly flexible on this portion. However, at a minimum it should be 250 words.

Is it really important that I change it?

Bernath,
I prefer the former as well. Your commentary shouldn't really come until you reach the personal refelction part of your paper.
Haglund,
You're cool. Don't sweat it. Since I didn't really specify the length of your reflection you don't have much to worry about. Don't stress, seriously.
John,
You can make a heading entitled:
Personal Reflection
Then you can put in your thoughts about the interview, etc.
