About Me
- Name: Mr. Carlisle
- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Wow thats really intresting, so they think that just because shes attractive that shes the reason they didn't win?

Wow, that is incredibly sexist.
If someone is going to judge Sarah Palin as incompetent, they need to have some reason other than her looks to back it up.

Sad but true--generically good looking women are often seen as being dumber. We kind of have that for men, too, I suppose.
Haha, this will sound mean and contradicting...but whatever. Ben and I were watching Family Feud and this pretty-faced guy is on there and he says the DUMBEST thing and his family sat there for a few seconds before they started clapping because what he said had NO correlation to the topic! :D

Haha. For all the reason's that Sarah Palin was bad for the Republican ticket they decide that it was because she was too attractive. Rubbish.

i dont think she's any less smart or capable for being prettier than McCain but the tactics of being a women as a means of deserving to be vice presidentand and all her publicity stunts did not win her my vote either.what really bothers me is i don't think she would have gotten this far, fame-wise, had she not been an attractive woman.
