- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Carlisle, is our graded discussion Thursday? Trackletes have a meet in Forest Grove on Thursday, and we have to leave class at 1:30.

Alejandra: Yeah, maybe a wee bit. According to eSIS I have like, 36 class period absences for this year so far.
Optimus Prime: Eh, probably some of his older stuff. He has a TV show on Comedy Central (first season just ended last week) that's kind of hit/miss.
YouTube "Demetri Martin Person" or just "Demetri Martin" and get some of his other stand-up. I would also check out "If I" on YouTube. It's him back in '04. It's not super funny, but it's kind of interesting the way he sees the world. But definitely watch "Person". That one's actually pretty good.
