I wonder how the state of Mississippi feels looking back on all the times its citizens have killed a black person for something incredibly stupid. Can't wait to start Civil Rights--always interesting stuff!
i wonder how Mississippians felt about that one comment roy wilkins made about them being the most backward and racist state(at the bottom of the list). i bet it made them dislike northerners and african americans more lol. i liked the speech given by his wife, it was horrible what happened i mean, but i liked a different perspective on what happened the night that guy was shot.
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.
