About Me
- Name: Mr. Carlisle
- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

I don't think the person who made this video likes Oprah that much. It seems like they were almost making fun of her by creating the video (making her voice all high pitched and doing it to a song). If someone like Oprah takes a bunch of people over to the other side of the world that would be very generous of her, but having someone put her down because she is taking people on a trip to Australia is not very respectful. I can understand that other people wish they were there for this particular episode, but why post a video criticizing her generosity/ celebration of having 25 seasons?

Messing around with auto-tuning can be fun in one's free time. The way the person made the song really seemed to point out the annoyances of Oprah, much like the screechy sounds of auto-tune itself. It is not the I disrespect Oprah, it is just that twenty-five seasons is far too long, in my opinion.
