Some really cool images of how the future (the present) would look.

A lot of these designs look like cars that have been modified in some way. Even the lawn mower looked like a car.

I thought the new telephone was funny. A lot of the designs have glass incorporated in some way, like a glass top car.

Obviously we are supposed to have floating cars! They do have almost floating trains though due to our friend Mr. Magnetic Force.

Wonderful! The super gigantic milk truck made me laugh, and the trains look like the monorails at disneyland!

But let's get real guys. Who needs fancy, futuristic cars when you can have a Katniss Everdeen barbie doll?

I like the three story plane! I wonder if they thought the monorail directly over the neighborhoods would be necessary. . .

All these designs look like things from The Hunger Games. Maybe this guy did see the future.

The funny thing is that conceptually most of these designs have come true.

Ahh! Nothing like "THE FUTURE!" 70 years in the past. We should all draw pictures of what we think the future will be 70 years from now. Then 70 years later, we'll all be famous. That's how it works, right?

If the past's future did come true our present would be so much cooler! I think my favorite was the monorail or the hover-train.....

I find it interesting that none of the cars have mirrors keeping the people looking forward. The scale of these things were huge, three deck rocket planes and really long fire engines?

I also like how the artist incorporated the 'buy war bonds' slogan showing their support for the U.S. PROPAGANDA!
