I do not know what to think. Their beliefs are so far out there that I almost do not believe it to be true. Like the one guy said at the beginning they're "all going to burn in hell." But on the other hand they can say and believe whatever they want even though most people do not agree with them.
It is just plain disgusting to see these kids poisoned like this. I don't understand why these people choose to interpret one line of the bible to such a great extreme, translating it to "God Hates Fags" when countless parts of the bible preach unconditional love and equality to men. Their ignorance and hate is appalling and I cannot see how they possibly can get away with saying that the passing of Gay Rights caused the Sandy Hook shooting, that is horribly disrespectful on countless levels.
It seems extremely hypocritical of the WBC to say that all homosexual "enablers" should be put to death by the government, when their church shows no restraint in exercising their own first amendment rights. Freedom of speech works both ways, both for gay rights and against gay rights. Still sad to see those kids get brainwashed by their bigoted parents...
The part that got to me the most was when the other women from the church believed that the death penalty should be used for homosexuals and people supporting them, because its going against what the bible says. Even though the things they're saying and they're beliefs are terrible, most people don't agree with them. So I don't think it's making a big impact on what most believe.
I can't believe the ignorance of these people. They have chosen to take what the bible says to the extreme, and ignore the fact that it says how God is full of grace and forgiveness. I feel awful for the children that are being brought up in this lifestyle. While I don't think they should be able to say such awful things, they do have the right to believe what they want.
Chris C. This is unbelievable to me. It is so messed up I suppose they have the right to say this but there has to be a limit especially with when they blamed homosexuals for the shootings at Sandy Hook. what is also crazy to me is that these people threw out their own children and didn't even care. All these church member's children are forced to believe in this stuff because they were born into it and I think that it is super unfair to them cause they have the right to think for themselves. I loved the guy from Kansas University who was wearing the USA basketball jersey.
“To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead, or endeavoring to convert an atheist by scripture.” - Thomas Paine, The American Crisis
I just don't understand how in this day and age with gay rights becoming so much more supported that this is ok. Is there some way that the First Amendment can be altered in someway to not protect the preaching of hate to minors? It's wrong that these children have been manipulated against their own will and taught these horrible values that they wouldn't have aquired if there were restrictions on the preaching of hate.
The fact that when that man prays he asks "that thou will not look upon it" instead of forgiving it, like majority of Christians do. And he doesn't miss his daughter, because she deserves to be exiled with her sins? That's the exact opposite of everything I've been taught when it comes to God and Jesus. God is often compared to a father, a loving father, who will always welcome you back home with open arms once you are ready to be forgiven.. It's crazy to see how twisted these concepts of what God wants can be. How these people have no sense of forgiveness is boggling. The mother of children born out of wedlock is able to be forgiven but a homosexual is not? The hypocrisy is so unreal. This is so ridiculous and frustrating to watch, and seeing the children who were born into it is terrible and the son even said, "I know no other way, we know no other way," which is so frustrating because they never had a chance to be instilled with anything other than hate. WOW
I think it is awful that they are manipulating their children and disowning the ones who don't agree with them. It was also terrible to see that they want to put people to death for their own beliefs, and that they blamed gays for the Sandy Hook shooting! For being people that follow God, they sure show a lot of hate!
I understand that every person has the right to believe what they want but it shocked me that they believe homosexuals are to blame for the shooting...unbelievable.

The sign that said "God sent the shooter" is so terribly ignorant… to blame homosexuals for the shootings that occur is so unbelievable!

I don't understand what type of person you'd have to be to be able to feel no remorse after the things they do and say.
