Below is a video clip of venture capitalist Tom Perkins. He's the guy that compared the attacks on the wealthy in the Bay Area to that of the Jews being attacked in Nazi Germany in the 1930s. Check out his proposal for voting and let me know your thoughts.

Doing something like that would mean giving the wealthy the complete power to control.. basically everything.
