So I was doing my homework while woring an event this weekend, and I discovered that the book dosn't say how Pesident Johnson vetoed the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the Freedmen's Bureau Act. [12-1 Q.12]
I read over the paragraph like 8 times and still couldn't figure it out!

He essentially viewed them as unconstitutional. Remember he clashed with Congress over who should control Reconstruction policy in the South.
