(About the newsclip)- I recently went to California, and the inspectors checking my baggage through the scanner didn't even check to see if there was anything there- He was just staring off into space-- No joke! Security (at least, I think) is not emphasized enough in airports. The guy in the blue shirt who went through with the lie-detecing test... I squinted to see his eyebrows move, but I didn't see any movement (after rewinding and playing it 6 times...) Gosh- Some people must be so hard to detect if all you get is facial expressions- They just come and go so quickly!!!
Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia are holding their primaries today.
And Obama is predicted to take them all!
With 92% of precincts reporting in Virginia, Obama has 63% of the vote, and Clinton has 36%. Virginia has 83 delegates tied to this primary.
With 3% reporting in Maryland, Obama has 62% and Clinton has 35%. Maryland has 70 delegates tied to the primary.
With 49% reporting in DC, Obama has 76% of the vote and Clinton has 24%. DC has 15 delegates tied to the primary.
This puts Obama in the lead with 18 more total delegates than Clinton.
McCain is also projected to win all 3. McCain has surpassed 800 delegates.
PS: Sorry for no real dissection of the GOP primaries, but with a solid front runner (and with it now nearly impossible to keep McCain from getting nomination), expect Huckabee to slowly fade away.
I think it is hilarious that they scan people for facial movements that express fear. Have they ever considered that people might be nervous because they are being examined by the airpost security?
I find all that business to be very interesting. I want to be trained by Rofi Ran on how to detect lies, although i feel i can pick them out pretty well.
Hey, those videos were awesome. But yeah, when ever I've gone to the airport, the last few times, they've been really lax. They didn't even look at my bin, and the only reason they stopped me was 'cause I had metal on me. Btw, there's some video of some stupid teenagers screwing around on the video menu, didn't know if you knew, carlisle. W007.

Sam I agree.

I could see airport security getting carried away with it and taking every flaw for a lie or being suspicious.
But I think the micro espressions are very interesting.
