- Location: Portland, Oregon, United States
I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Texas
Both Texas and Ohio are crucial to Clinton is she wishes to keep on going. The polls show Clinton and Obama neck and neck in Texas. I think Obama's appeal to minorities, as well as his recent in-roads into Clinton's normally reliable older white vote will propel him to a narrow win that will all but end Clinton's nomination hopes.
McCain wins, 'nuff said.
Ohio
Clinton's lead has shrunk significantly in the past few weeks, if this can continue, she may very well end up losing Ohio in addition to Texas, which will make it impossible to win the nomination.
McCain wins, and with the win will clinch the nomination.
Rhode Island
This state has been known for a while as 'Clinton Territory' yet Obama has been seen surging in the polls. If Clinton loses this key Blue state, it could spell even more trouble for the wannabe-nominee.
Yeah, McCain.
Vermont
Once again, Clinton Territory, she'll probably hold onto a narrow victory here, for all the good it would do her.
Romney! No, but really, McCain.
If Clinton loses Ohio or Texas, there will be significant pressure on her to step back and let the will of the people take control. Her Superdelegates will begin to abandon her, and will fly to Obama.
Her only hope of staying in this race is winning Oho and Texas, she can't afford to lose one.

hey carlisle, is one of the factors that influenced immigration to the US and Canada the fact that transportation on ships became cheaper and easier/faster?
