I'm a native South Carolinian and I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. I taught fourth grade for two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years at an alternative high school in Western North Carolina. I have been at Tigard High School since the fall of 2003, where I teach U.S. History and Psychology.

Does this prison remind anyone of alcatraz? I'm not sure why that prison closed down but they seem to resemble eachother. I don't even know why we should want that prison closed so badly anyways, I'd probably rather have the most dangerous captured criminals not in America where they can escape. Oh well, this is an old blog so I will probably never find out.
