WAY TO GO LADIES!!

No. 6 Tigard 53, Tualatin 34: The Tigers (19-4, 13-0) clinched the Pacific Conference title by defeating the Timberwolves (14-8, 9-4) at Tigard High School. The Tigers came out slow, then 6-foot post player Maddie Black hit a three-pointer, firing up her team. Black scored eight of her 17 points in the first quarter. Jessica Roshak stepped onto the court in the second quarter and sank a three-pointer for three of her nine points. The Tigers' defense carried them through the first half, as they held the Timberwolves to 10 points. Kelsey Kaelin pulled the team through the third quarter by scoring nine of her 13 points in the period.
