Disconcerting news from the animal world

They are plotting against us. This is not good.

History students

For those of you who were absent today, you do not have to prep for essay #2. Only prepare for essays one and three.

Essay #1:
Please discuss the growth of cities in BOTH the UNITED STATES AND CANADA!! I am expecting two to three grim realities for the second part of the question.

Essay #3:
You got a lot of notes which can help you out today. Go back and check your textbook for information on Hawaii. This could address the Pacific part of the question.

You may email me up to 8:00 tonight. Good luck.

Did you write a book when you were 13?

See the article here.

Freudian slip from Senator McCain last fall. The best part of the video is his attempted recovery.

Test update

Expectations for this unit exam are high due to the three day weekend and Tuesday test date. Here are some helpful hints for the questions:

Essay #1:
Make sure you discuss the United States and Canada! I am expecting more information than immigration and employment in your essay. Don't forget the grim realities of urban living. You can focus on the United States for this part of the essay.

Essay #2:
Make sure you address the United States and Canada.

Essay #3:
Use this weekend's reading assignment to help you with this question. Here's a really helpful link for more information on U.S. intervention in Latin America.

IDs:
Be thorough. Be prepared.

If you plan on emailing me an outline, the cutoff time is 7PM tonight.
That is all.
